BEFORE UPLOADING ARTWORK FILES
Before submitting files, please review them carefully. A few minutes spent checking things over now can prevent days of delay if there are problems. Please go through the Graphic Design Checklist that covers the most common problems we encounter.
SENDING FILES
First, it's a good idea to zip (archive) all the files into one compressed file. We use Winzip (PC) or Stuffit (Mac OS 9). Both OS X and the latest version of Windows can archive a folder natively.
The easiest way to send small files (< 5 Mb) is by email. Send them as attachments to production@spindigitalmedia.com
If your files are too large for easy emailing, you can transfer them via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). We recommend using a free FTP client like CORE FTP LITE (PC), Fetch (Mac OS 9) or SECURE FTP (Mac OS X). Other FTP programs are also possible. See images below for specific settings. Please feel free to make a new folder on our FTP server for your project, if it will help keep your files organized.
Once your files are completely uploaded, call us or send an email to production@spindigitalmedia.com to let us know they are ready.
