STANDARD JEWEL BOX PACKAGE SPECIFICATIONS

We have a very popular jewel box package that we call the "standard". It offers a good mix of space for internal content, while keeping costs down. See Important Printing Information for definitions of some terms.

STANDARD JEWEL BOX CD INSERT

Our standard and the most common CD insert is two pages (or one fold). It's printed in four process colors on the outside and black and white on the inside (4/1). Fits standard CD jewel boxes. Full color printing on both sides is available for a small additional charge.

STANDARD JEWEL BOX TRAY CARD

The standard CD jewel box tray card is printed in four process colors on the outside only (4/0). Printing on the inside is available at a slight price increase. When printed on one side only, the plastic tray is black, otherwise it is clear.

3 SILKSCREENED COLORS ON DISC

The industry standard printing method, it is both economical and gives good results. The disc face is designed using up to 3 Pantone colored inks (additional inks will incur a slight extra charge). When specifying colors, use the Solid Coated library only. Pantone colors can also be combined with any or all of the 4 standard colors (CMYK). If white is desired, it must be specified as a color to be used.
