THE CARDBOARD ALTERNATIVE TO JEWEL BOXES
Many artists and organizations prefer the look and feel of cardboard packages, and SPIN is happy to offer a variety of options. All our cardboard packaging can be printed on high-quality recycled stock.
HIGH QUALITY WITH LOWER MINIMUMS
Here at SPIN, we can print our cardboard packs with either full production off-set printing or with high quality CMYK digital printing. Also, with digital printing, we can manufacture custom cardboard with a much lower minimum - only 200 units. (most companies have cardboard minimums of 1000 units or more).

 NOTE ABOUT THESE TEMPLATES: These zipped (compressed) files include both a PDF and TIF formatted template. To open ZIP files, you may need to download a FREE WINZIP (PC) or STUFFIT (Mac), though both Windows XP/Vista and OS X can open ZIP files natively.
 PRINTED CARDBOARD SLEEVES
The simplest and most cost-efficient method of disc packaging is the standard cardboard mini-jacket or sleeve. Printed in full 4-color process, either offset or digitally. Sleeves can be shrink-wrapped or sealed with a small paper tab. Some variant designs can be glued shut, with a "zip-open" type tear strip built-in. Ideal for promotional copies, or as a mailer.

 DIGIPAKS
One of the most popular cardboard disc packages, the digipak includes a plastic tray that holds the disc in place. Slightly more expensive than other packages (due to the tray), it still offers great value and has a quality feel. This package is similar in size to a standard jewel box.

 3-PANEL DIGIPAKS
Digipaks can also be incorporated into packages with 3 panels for projects that require more room for text or images. Variants on this design can include dual digipak trays for 2 disc sets, or 1 digipak tray with pockets on both sides for extra booklets or inserts.

 SPINPAK
One of our most popular designs, the Spinpak offers a lot of panels for content (4, or 8 if printed grayscale on the inside), while being very inexpensive and environmentally friendly. The Spinpak uses no glue, and is held closed by a single velcro dot. The disc is held securely in its own slot, with a panel that folds down over it to lock it into place. Combine this package with 2 color printing and save $$$

 SMARTPAK
The Smartpak is a variation of our popular Spinpak with double thick sidepanels and full colour print. It's a close comparison to the three panel digipak, but with no plastic.

 WALLET-FOLD SLEEVE
The wallet-fold sleeve features a single pocket to hold the disc securely, with a doubled glued flap to close the package. Clean, simple, and elegant, with 4 full color panels for your content. or, have it printed in 2 Pantone colors and save. The wallet-fold sleeve is also available with two pockets, allowing the addition of a booklet or insert (or a 2 disc set).
